Our friend Franz Nicolay, who’s here on tour at the moment has made our year by recording some piano, organ and synth for our new lp! If you do know him, you should definitely check out his records, particularly Luck & Courage. Franz used to be in a band called The Hold Steady. We’re having a good time with him and Peter Miles in the studio!

Hi everyone, don’t know if you’ve picked up on this, but we’re not coming to Bradford, Dundee or Sunderland this weekend  - we’re in the middle of recording and writing, as well as having way too many things going on. we’re really sorry, but we will be back in 2012. a thousand apologies. 

However, we will be playing this Wednesday in Bristol with Leatherface at The Croft, as well as Caves and The Modern Farewell. hope to see you there!

This weekend, we’re all off to Greenbelt Festival, which is held at Cheltenham Racecourse! looking forward very much to seeing Billy Bragg, Idlewild, Listener, Luke Leighfield and Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly. We’re playing at 8pm on Friday night on the Underground Stage!
